Yes, you must be an active member to be eligible for certification courses. The certification process is a 12 month program covering 5 certifications: Senior Relocation Services (SRS), 1031 Exchange (1031X), Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), Trust and Probate Sales (TRUST) and Real Estate Planner (REP).

As an active member you can use the term Member of KW Real Estate Planner.

Once you are certified, and as long as you’re an active member, you can use Certified KW REAL ESTATE PLANNER.

You will no longer be an active KW REP member and all of your member benefits will be stopped. 

Member benefits lost:

• Use of KW Real Estate Planner title
• Attending certification training
• Attending Masterminds
• Use of downloadable tools and assets
• Use of the community forum
• Use of the private Facebook page
• Use of social assets
• Other

If you complete all the courses in a timely manner, you will be fully certified with KW REP in 12 months.

You must retake it to pass. You can do it!

All live certification courses will be recorded and will be made available to active community members the following day. You must attend/watch all of the certification courses in a series and pass all of the knowledge checks to complete each certification. 

You must complete all 4 certification courses to become a Certified KW Real Estate Planner. You will retain credit & certification for the courses that you have already attended and completed.

No! All certifications are granted to the member who attends all of the courses and passes each knowledge check.
